The relevant provisions of the regulations on the administration of import and export of goods under the foreign trade law of the People's Republic of China,
Enterprises that meet the following conditions may apply for the export license of ferro alloy in 2019:
(1) production enterprises.
1.Category A enterprises shall comply with the "ferroalloy industry access conditions"
2.ISO9000 quality system certification.
3.With the production scale suitable environmental protection treatment facilities, the discharge of pollutants to meet the national or local standards for the discharge of pollutants.
4.No violation of relevant national laws and regulations.
