Sale Silicon Briquettes to Philippine

XLS Metals has always valued the demand for ferroalloys in the Philippine market and has participated in relevant industry exhibitions in the Philippines multiple times to gather valuable user and industry requirement information. Recently, we were contacted by a Philippine customer we met at an exhibition who wanted to purchase 56 tons of silicon briquette products for steelmaking. Based on the customer's needs, we recommended they purchase our produced silicon briquettes with Si≥65%. This product undergoes a calcination process at 1500~1600℃, effectively reducing internal ash content and harmful elements, which provides excellent deoxidation performance for the molten steel during steelmaking, thereby reducing the content of oxides and impurities.

After multiple negotiations, we finally signed a sales contract that satisfied both parties. We shipped the product two days after the contract was signed. Before shipment, we implemented a series of protective measures and added identifiable labels to the silicon briquettes as per the customer's request for easy identification.

After receiving the goods, the customer quickly put the silicon briquettes to use. Through follow-up visits, the customer expressed satisfaction with the performance of the silicon briquettes we supplied and looked forward to further cooperation and additional discounts. In the later stages, we provided regular professional after-sales service and technical guidance to the customer, effectively enhancing the performance of their products.
