A: Application (Role)
Silicon carbon alloy is a new type of alloy for converter, can replace ferrosilicon, silicon carbide, carburizer, reduce the amount of deoxidizing agent, used for converter smelting deoxidizing alloying process, the effect is stable, steel chemical composition, mechanical properties and internal control quality are better than the traditional process.
It is a good substitute for ferrosilicon in steelmaking.
